What I Had For Breakfast This Week (Healthy Edition)
I think it’s a good thing that the more I grow up, the more I get more conscious about my health. That being the case, I’m determined not to let breakfast be something of a dead-ringer to compensate for the inconsistency of my exercising. So, I start by minimalizing my oil and sugar intake per day. In the spirit of being extra, I’m also taking my breakfast up a notch this week with raw vegetables, fruit, and a little snack to make it more bearable.
Without further ado, I present to you what I had for breakfast this week:
🥕 Monday: raw carrots, raw tomatoes, an apple, and vanilla snacks.
🥕 Tuesday: raw carrots, raw tomatoes, an apple, and vanilla snacks.
(Please, please, please don't judge me because I'm boring.)
🥕 Wednesday: raw carrots, raw tomatoes, an apple, a snake fruit, and potato chips.
🥕 Thursday: raw carrots, raw tomatoes, banana slices, an orange, and potato chips.
🥕 Friday: raw carrots, raw tomatoes, a snake fruit, an orange, and potato chips.
If consistency is the key to success, I will say that this week is a huge one.
P.S.: I promise I'll stop being boring and pack more exciting breakfasts in the future.
